Christina Cross
Christina has been in the Insurance Industry for over ~30 years, collecting knowledge, awards, and expertise over this time. After leaving Corporate America, Christina started Rapport Benefits Group and managed that with her business partners for over 12 years. She ensures each person she talks to has a solution that fits their needs, and values the lasting relationships she creates. She spends her free time doting on her one-eyed Dachshund named Jax, cycling around Tacoma and Olympia, and relaxing with her family. Christina has two sons who are both in the Insurance Industry, and a granddaughter whom she loves to the moon.
Justin Cross
Justin has had his hand in the Insurance Industry for over ~15 years. He started his career with Farmers before moving into the Employee Benefits sector where he focused on the financial strategies inherent when consulting for small to medium sized businesses. He was nominated for the 40-under-40 award, and sat as Vice President, Legislative Chair and Technology Chair of the South Sound Association of Health Underwriters. He has an amazing history of client advocacy, and values the lasting relationships that this mentality has given him. Justin spends his free time off-roading at the dunes, camping, and playing with his Corgi. Justin is married to his wife Katie and their daughter was born in October 2020.
